I
arrived in this hotel after 2 weeks of Hanoi and
Hong Kong and I was really exhausted. I stayed in
this hotel for 3 nights and loved it! The hotel
looks very good, the rooms are modern and very very
clean and most important of all, the staff is
extremely helpful and very friendly. Chi and the
other staffmembers made me very welcome and if I
ever want to visit Hue again, I stay here.

You cannot fault this
one. Its more expensive than your average hostel
costs four hundred eighty thousand VND per nite but
well worth it when you see the bathroom! It has a
hair dryer and a bath with continuous hot water.
After backpacking for a while this is heaven! Staff
are so friendly and helpful and can organise just
about anything for you. They have a door man so you
dont even have to lift your own luggage -- it's
awesome. Beds are huge and comfy and all rooms have
huge tv and dvd player. rooms are spotless and
immactuately clean. If you can afford it, definitely
stay here, the breakfast rocks.

I've
been backpacking in over 30 countries and have
travelled to many different places, seen many
different ideas of hospitality and service, but none
of them could compare to the excellent experience I
got at the Orchid Hotel. It's been open only 3
months, so there is a new, fresh energy in the
building as well as the staff. Our receptionist,
Chi, was extremely helpful and arranged our travel
plans with ease, making our stay as comfortable and
stress-free as we could have imagined. The room was
excellent.. clean and well-designed, and the
bathrooms were immaculent. The secret is not out on
this place yet, but I'm sure it soon will be!

After
arriving exhausted from the overnight bus from
Hanoi, we were greeted by the very friendly staff
who took us straight up to our room and then invited
us to have breakfast in the restaurant - all this
and it was only 8.00 a.m.! Needless to say, the
hospitality continued throughout our stay and we
would thoroughly recommend staying at the Orchid -
undoubtedly the best hotel in terms of value for
money and quality that we've stayed in during the 3
months that we've been travelling!

This
hotel is unreal - the staff are very friendly and
extremely helpful. It is a very new and modern place
with supurb facilities, including buffet breakfast.
The only hitch was airport pickup is included but it
is charged on your bill. Overall would recommend to
everyone.
