Reservations
To make a reservation click on "Book now". You will
then be connected to our reservation form on our
reservation department. Follow the instructions on the form to
make your reservation.
Credit Cards
Your credit card information is required to enable us
to process your reservation. No reservations can be
made without these details unless otherwise a consent
of internet transfer to our account is recorded.
Reservation Confirmation
You will receive your Hotel Confirmation within 36
hours (Monday-Friday) with the exception of
National/Public Holidays. This will indicate full
details of the hotel you have requested or the
alternative that we have booked for you (Alternative
Hotels).
Confirmation
We aim to confirm all reservations within 36 hours.
Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address
supplied. All reservations are guaranteed even for
late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your reservation

The following scale of charges will be levied
depending when the notification of cancellation is
received. This is general policy except peak season
and/or otherwise stated.
Cancellation

plus a
credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be
applied
If notification of cancellation is received

7-14
working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
or more prior to check-in date :
Cancellation charge of

rate

credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be
applied
If notification of cancellation is received
less than 2-6
working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
prior to check-in date:
Cancellation charge of
40%
rate
plus Bank Fee 3.5 % will be applied.
If notification of cancellation is received
less than 2
working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
prior to check-in date:
Cancellation charge of
100%
rate.
If cancellation is failed
to make, full charge of your booking is
applied.
Pre-payment
Your credit card will be charged upon confirmation by
Discovery Indochina responsible
for the reservation.
Changes
Should you need to make any changes to your
reservation you have to contact the
Discovery Indochina
responsible for your reservation.
Room Charges/Additional Costs
Your credit card will be charged for the number of
nights that you have reserved. Should you wish to
prolong your stay please contact the
Discovery Indochina
indicated on your confirmation voucher. Please note that
you are responsible for any extras (telephone,
mini-bar, laundry etc) and these charges should be paid to the
hotel directly.
Alternative Hotels
Our booking form allows you to indicate "make
reservation only in this hotel" or "if requested hotel
is fully booked, we will suggest an alternative hotel
of similar standard and value.
